Analysis on 220kV Transformer Fault Caused by Sealing Failure of Bushing

  • 摘要: 油浸电容式高压套管在大型变压器上应用十分广泛,承担了载流、绝缘、密封等多项功能。针对一起频繁地震后发生的220 k V变压器匝间短路故障进行了试验检测、解体检查、套管结构分析等,结果表明,故障原因为套管密封结构不合理,在特殊工况下使密封失效。

     

    Abstract: Oil-immersed capacitive high-voltage bushing is widely used in large transformers,which undertakes the functions of carrying current,insulation and sealing. Based on an inter-turns short-circuit fault of a 220 kV transformer,which happened after a series of earthquakes,the testing detection,disassembly inspection and bushing structure analysis are carried out. The results show that the fault comes from the unreasonable design of the sealing structure of bushing,which fails in special conditions.
