基于排球超级联赛算法的智能变电站安全评价方法

Intelligent substation safety evaluation method based on volleyball super league algorithm

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种基于排球超级联赛算法的面向智能变电站测控及相量测量装置(phasormeasurement unit,PMU)的安全评价方法。首先,变电站测控及PMU等设备映射为节点,连接关系映射为边,计算各节点安全评估要素和局部安全度量,利用排球超级联赛算法统筹融合所有局部安全度量及其边,得到全局安全度量;其次,计算区域安全评估要素,利用排球超级联赛算法统筹融合区域要素和全局安全度量,得到区域的综合安全度量;最后,计算整体综合复杂网络安全评估要素,利用排球超级联赛算法统筹融合其与区域综合安全度量,得出最终的网络安全评价总度量。该技术简单高效,具有可行性和通用性,为研究识别和评估威胁提供有力参考,并对保障电网的安全稳定运行提供有益思路。

     

    Abstract: A safety evaluation method was introduced based on the volleyball super league algorithm for substation measurement and control(M&C)and phasor measurement unit(PMU)devices. Firstly, the substation M&C and PMU devices were mapped as nodes and the connection relationships were mapped as edges; the security evaluation elements and local security metrics of each node were calculated, and the global security metrics were obtained by integrating all of the local security metrics and their edges using the volleyball super league algorithm. Secondly,the regional security evaluation elements were calculated, and the regional elements and global security metrics were integrated and fused using the volleyball super league algorithm to obtain the comprehensive security metrics of the region. Finally, the overall comprehensive complex network security assessment elements were calculated, and the volleyball super league algorithm was used to integrate them with the regional comprehensive security metric to obtain the final total network security evaluation metric. The technique is simple and efficient with feasiblity and generaity,which provide a strong reference for research on identifying and evaluating threats, and provide useful ideas for securing the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
