Characteristic analysis of summer peak load and optimization measures in Chongqing power grid

  • 摘要: 夏季高峰负荷的急剧增长已经成为重庆电力紧缺的重要因素,仅增加供配电设备用于解决设备重过载会造成电网备用容量过大,变压器设施空载损耗增加,设备利用率低下等问题。本文通过重庆地区历史负荷、气象等相关数据,分析了电网尖峰负荷持续时间、降温负荷及夏季高峰负荷行业构成情况。研究结果表明:该地区夏季高峰负荷持续天数少,单日持续时间长,夏季高峰负荷主要由居民降温负荷构成,温度是夏季高峰负荷的主要影响因素。在此基础上,提出局部电厂调峰、电力需求侧响应的优化措施,从而提高电网运行效率和负荷率。

     

    Abstract: The sharp increase of peak load in summer has become an origin of power supply shortage.It may result in excessive grid reserve capacity,no-load loss increase of transformers and other equipment,and low equipment utilization by merely adding power supply and distribution equipment for resolving heavy overload of equipment. Based on the historical load and meteorological data in a region in south China,this paper analyzes the duration of peak load of power grid,air-conditioning load and composition of peak load industries in summer. The study shows that in this region the duration of summer peak load is short but the high load is constant in those peak load days; the summer peak load is mainly composed of residential air-conditioning load,and temperature is a major influencing factor of the summer peak load. Based on the above,optimization measures of peak regulation of local power plants and demand-side response are proposed.
