Fault analysis and resolution of sampled value soft switches misoperation in smart substations

  • 摘要: 对一起智能变电站主变压器跳闸故障进行分析,发现软压板误操作是引起该起事故的主要原因,研究采用有流逻辑判断作为采样值(sampled value, SV)软压板遥控闭锁策略,当作业人员误入运行间隔进行SV软压板操作时,可以有效终止错误操作。结果表明,该措施可以消除软压板误操作,确保智能变电站设备安全、可靠运行。

     

    Abstract: This paper investigates a specific fault event involving the tripping of a main transformer in a smart substation and identifies the primary cause to be a misoperation of the sampled value(SV) soft switch.So using a flow-based logic judgment as a remote lockout strategy is proposed for SV soft switches.This strategy effectively terminates erroneous operations when operators inadvertently engage with the SV soft switch during operational periods.The results indicate that this measure can eliminate soft switch misoperations, thereby ensuring equipment safe and reliable operation in smart substations.
