便捷式接地线工作状态监测装置的设计

Design of convenient grounding wire working condition monitoring device

  • 摘要: 目前,便捷式接地线是否接地良好仍然采用人工观察的方法,存在操作步骤繁琐、无法及时检测出故障。为了解决这一问题,结合钳表法和发射接收传感器提出一种新型便捷式接地线装置。经过实验室环境下测试,该装置能够实现便捷式接地线是否成功接地的实时在线测试,并将测试结果实时上传到上位机进行预设标准判断,一旦检测到不符合接地标准的便捷式接地线,立即发出预警通知,实现了智能化的检测和预警功能。此外,该装置内置全球定位系统(global positioning system, GPS),可防止因遗漏拆卸接地线装置而导致的电力事故的发生。测试结果表明,新型便捷式接地线装置不仅提升了操作的智能化和自动化水平,还有效提高了电力检修人员的安全保障水平。

     

    Abstract: At present, whether the convenient grounding wire is well grounded or not still adopted the method of manual observation, which has the disadvantages of cumbersome operation steps and inability to detect faults in time.In order to solve this problem, a new type of convenient grounding wire device was proposed based on the clamp meter method and the transmitting and receiving sensor.After being tested in the laboratory environment, the device can realize the real-time online test of whether the convenient grounding wire is successfully grounded, and upload the test results to the host computer in real time for preset standard judgment.Once the unqualified convenient grounding wire was detected, an early warning notice was issued immediately, which realized the intelligent detection and early warning function.In addition, global positioning system positioning system was inserted in the device to prevent the occurrence of power accidents caused by the omission of the ground wire device.The test results show that the new convenient grounding device not only improves the intelligence and automation level of operation, but also effectively improves the safety level of power maintenance personnel.
