Calculation and analysis of anti-short-circuit performance of transformer based on finite element method

  • 摘要: 为了验证一种变压器抗短路计算方法的工程可用性,以有限元法、变压器理论和国标推荐值为基础,使用绕组建模分析软件建立变压器绕组模型,利用有限元法分析变压器绕组短路力并校核其强度。最后,以一台通过突发短路试验的变压器为例,验证此变压器抗短路计算方法的工程应用有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to verify the engineering availability of a transformer anti-short-circuit calculation method, based on the finite element method, transformer theory and national standard recommended values, the winding modeling analysis software was applied to establish the transformer winding model, and the finite element method was used to analyze the short-circuit force of the transformer winding and check the strength.Finally, taking a transformer that has passed the sudden short-circuit test as an example, the engineering application effectiveness of the anti-short-circuit calculation method was verified.
