Development and application of the integrated converter board based on the integrated power signal acquisition technology

  • 摘要: 针对传统一体化电源系统数据信号采集存在的问题,通过对其可靠性、集成度和准确性等方面进行具体分析,开发了一套基于一体化电源信号采集技术的集成转接板。应用结果表明:该采集方式有效解决了因屏柜内引线及接点数量多造成信号采集错误率高等问题,建立了一种高效可靠的数据及报警信息集中处理方式,可为变电站一体化电源信号采集及转接设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem existing in the data signal acquisition of the traditional integrated power system, the integrated converter board based on the integrated power signal acquisition technology is developed by analyzing the reliability, integration and accuracy. The application results show that the acquisition method is effective to solve the problem of the high error rate of signal acquisition because of the large number of leads and contacts in the panel. The efficient and reliable centralized processing method of data and alarm information is made, which provide some reference for the integrated power signal acquisition and transfer design of the substations.
