Chemical cleaning method of heat dissipation fins of valve external cooling radiator in a converter station

  • 摘要: 针对换流站阀外冷散热器表面污垢的清洗,现有的工业清洗方案存在以下技术难点:1)阀外冷散热翅片主要成分是铝,铝基材化学性质活泼,对酸性或碱性化学物质比较敏感,易造成腐蚀;2)阀外冷散热器结构复杂,清洗工装易发生清洗液泄露。从阀外冷散热器表面污垢成因分析入手,在垢样成分分析结果的基础上,提出一种改进的循环喷淋化学除垢与清洗方法。研制散热器专用清洗剂及铝缓蚀剂,在有效去除散热器表面污垢的同时,保证其翅片不被腐蚀,避免泄露发生。

     

    Abstract: In view of the cleaning of the surface fouling of the valve external cooling radiator in the converter station, the existing industrial cleaning scheme has the following technical difficulties: 1)The main component of the valve external cooling fin is aluminum.The aluminum substrate is chemically active and sensitive to acidic or alkaline chemicals, which is easy to cause corrosion.2)The structure of the cold radiator outside the valve is complex, and the cleaning tooling is prone to leakage of cleaning fluid.With the analysis of the causes of fouling on the surface of the cold radiator outside the valve, based on the analysis results of the fouling sample composition, an improved circulating spray chemical descaling and cleaning method was proposed.A special cleaning agent and aluminum corrosion inhibitor for the radiator were developed, while effectively removing the fouling on the surface of the radiator, the fins were not corroded and the leakage was prevented.
