Abstract: 35 kV handcart is widely used in power system.Safe and stable transfer of handcart is a necessary part for operation and maintenance work.It is very important to prevent the tilt of handcart and improve the safety, stationarity, and convenience of the transfer process for ensuring the smooth development of maintenance work and personnel safety.Based on the analysis of the transfer process of 35 kV handcart, a lifting type anti-tilt transfer trolley for 35 kV handcart is developed.The combined designs of lifting device and transfer device make up for the defects of the existing transport tools, the potential tilt trouble of 35 kV handcart in the transfer process is eliminated, and the safe, stable, and convenient transfer is realized.
