Design and application of the insulation online monitoring system for high voltage bushing in the network side of the converter transformers

  • 摘要: 针对换流变压器网侧高压套管离线油色谱检测存在诊断不及时、数据不连续的缺点,导致无法及时发现套管内部故障的问题,提出一种网侧高压套管绝缘在线监测方法,现场应用表明:换流变压器网侧套管绝缘在线监测通过采集套管末屏的泄漏电流来反映套管的运行状态,实现了网侧高压套管的在线诊断及故障预警。

     

    Abstract: The offline oil chromatography detection of the high-voltage bushing in the network side of converter transformers exists the shortcomings of delayed diagnostics and discontinuous data, resulting in the internal faults being unable to be found in time.Aiming at the above problem, a kind of insulation online monitoring method for high voltage bushing in the network side of the converter transformers is proposed.The application on site result shows that this method, by collecting the leakage current from the bushings’ end screen, reflects the operational status of the bushings, thus enabling online diagnosis and early fault warning of the high-voltage bushings in the network side of the converter transformers.
