Abstract: Aiming at the slagging problem of No.3 boiler in a power plant, based on the visual combustion system and on-site optimization and adjustment test, the effects of primary air, swirl intensity and internal and external secondary air ratio on the combustion status quo of the boiler were studied, and the main factors affecting the coking of the boiler were analyzed, which provided reference for the solution and prevention of boiler slagging.
