摘要: 针对某电厂3号锅炉存在的结渣问题,基于可视化燃烧系统及现场优化调整试验,研究一次风、旋流强度和内外二次风配比等因素对锅炉燃烧状况的影响,分析影响锅炉结焦的主要因素,为解决及预防锅炉结渣提供借鉴。Abstract: Aiming at the slagging problem of No.3 boiler in a power plant, based on the visual combustion system and on-site optimization and adjustment test, the effects of primary air, swirl intensity and internal and external secondary air ratio on the combustion status quo of the boiler were studied, and the main factors affecting the coking of the boiler were analyzed, which provided reference for the solution and prevention of boiler slagging.
