基于云技术的变电站二次屏柜远程布防与监视系统

A cloud-based remote deployment and monitoring system for secondary cabinets in substations

  • 摘要: 电力行业检修工作中为防止检修人员误动、误碰运行设备,通常由人工在运行设备屏柜上布防红布幔,针对该方式存在效率低、易脱落等问题,提出一种基于云技术的变电站二次屏柜远程布防与监视系统,通过搭建系统整体架构、设计电动布防终端、开发手持端控制程序、部署云终端服务器,实现对站内二次屏柜红布幔的远程一键布撤防及状态监视,并在变电站进行应用测试。现场测试表明,该系统能大幅提升二次屏柜布防效率,准确实时显示布防状态,提高检修现场安全性。

     

    Abstract: To safeguard against maintenance personnel inadvertently accessing the operational bays, it is essential to place red warning banners on the cabinets adjacent to the secondary cabinets scheduled for repair.Yet, this approach grapples with issues like inefficient banner deployment and their tendency to fall off due to weak adhesion.To address these challenges, a cloud-based remote deployment and monitoring system for secondary cabinets in substations is proposed.This system is designed with a comprehensive architecture, an electrically controlled deployment terminal, handheld terminal control software, and a cloud-based server.It enables the remote one-click setup, removal, and real-time status monitoring of red warning banners of the secondary cabinets.Field tests conducted at various substations confirm the system’s ability to significantly improve the efficiency of the warning banner deployment, provide real-time status updates, and enhance overall site safety during maintenance operations.
