基于红外对射的井坑孔洞智能防坠落装置的设计

Design of an intelligent fall prevention device for pits and holes based on infrared radiation

  • 摘要: 目前,电力行业中对井坑孔洞作业现场进行布防时,由于井坑孔洞、电缆沟道等形状大小不一,现有安全布防装置很难对其有效遮蔽,造成人员坠落风险大。针对上述问题,设计了一种基于红外对射的井坑孔洞智能防坠落装置,利用红外对射原理对作业现场实时监视,采用声光报警等方式提醒误入人员远离危险点。测试结果表明,该装置能很好适应井坑孔洞、电缆沟道等各种不规则区域的布防需求,具有布防便捷、可靠性高等优点,有效降低人员坠落风险。

     

    Abstract: At present,due to the different shapes and sizes of pits,holes,cable channels and so on,it is difficult for the existing safety distribution devices to effectively shield the pit holes and other operating sites,and easily cause the heavy risk of personnel falling. In view of the above problems,an intelligent anti-falling device for pits and holes based on infrared radiation is designed. the device can monitors the site with real time by the principle of the infrared radiation,and remind the personnel entering the area by mistake to stay away from dangerous point by the sound and light alarm,the test results show that the device can well adapt to the deployment requirements of various irregular areas such as pits,holes and cable trenches. It has the advantages of convenient deployment and high reliability,which can effectively reduces the risk of personnel falling.
