Abstract: In order to give full play to the value of electric power data in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,big data mining technology is used to combine power big data with rural revitalization strategy,focusing on the living standards of rural residents,the development of rural economy and the development of rural industry.This paper analyzes the correlation between electric power data and rural economic development,keeps abreast of the development situation of rural industry and analyzes the practice of rural revitalization with marked features of Minning Town so as to provide clear and exemplary suggestions for the implementation of rural revitalization in other poverty-stricken areas with data.Also,it constructs a novel rural revitalization index to comprehensively evaluate the development posture of rural industry and the residential electrification level,and to provide data support for the government to make strategic decisions on rural revitalization.
