Abstract:
Traditional substation relay protection testing still relies on manual, field testing requires multi-person collaboration, test efficiency is low, and data acquisition delay and distributed synchronous signal triggering problems need to be solved. Relay protection test level is of great significance to the reliable and safe operation of substation, a distributed test method was proposed for relay protection using IIRIG-B/PPS pulse pair time and P2P communication acquisition technology, and a distributed intelligent substation relay protection test device was designed, which realized the isolation of relay protection test control and intelligent substation signal output, making the collaborative test of cross-interval relay protection more intuitive and convenient. The test results show that the automatic test method of distributed relay protection of intelligent substation not only solves the problem of synchronous delay, but also improves the efficiency of field testing and further ensures the stable operation of the power grid.
