Abstract:
At present, the insulating stick used is mainly made of glass fiber and epoxy resin, which has the disadvantages of heavy weight, low strength and inconvenient use. A manufacturing method of lightweight insulating stick for 10 kV distribution network is proposed. The internal foaming molding technology is used to select the optimal ratio of basalt fiber and PBO fiber, and the internal unsupported rod structure is adopted to form an insulating stick with light weight, high strength and excellent insulation performance, which is applied as the installation tools in parallel groove clamp. In the actual operation, by comparing the traditional insulation rod, the improved insulating stick can effectively reduce the operation intensity of personnel and improve the operation efficiency.
