10 kV配电网轻质化绝缘杆的研制及应用

Development and application of lightweight insulating stick for 10 kV distribution network

  • 摘要: 现阶段使用的绝缘杆主要采用玻璃纤维和环氧树脂制成,存在质量大、强度低、使用不便等缺点。提出一种10 kV配电网轻质化绝缘杆制作方法,利用内发泡模压成型技术,将玄武岩纤维和PBO纤维选取最优配比混编,采用内部无支撑形式杆体结构,形成质量轻、强度高、绝缘性能优良的绝缘杆,并应用于并沟线夹安装工具。在实际作业中通过对比传统绝缘杆,改进后的绝缘杆能够有效降低人员作业强度,提高作业效率。

     

    Abstract: At present, the insulating stick used is mainly made of glass fiber and epoxy resin, which has the disadvantages of heavy weight, low strength and inconvenient use. A manufacturing method of lightweight insulating stick for 10 kV distribution network is proposed. The internal foaming molding technology is used to select the optimal ratio of basalt fiber and PBO fiber, and the internal unsupported rod structure is adopted to form an insulating stick with light weight, high strength and excellent insulation performance, which is applied as the installation tools in parallel groove clamp. In the actual operation, by comparing the traditional insulation rod, the improved insulating stick can effectively reduce the operation intensity of personnel and improve the operation efficiency.
