含氧燃料对柴油机高原工作特性影响

Influence of Oxygenated Fuel on Working Characteristics of Diesel Engine in Plateau Environment

  • 摘要: 以单缸柴油机为对象,探索燃用新型含氧柴油(独立含氧化合物)和含氧混合柴油(煤基/含氧柴油体积比为1∶1)的燃烧及排放特性变化,并对高原环境工作特性进行优化.结果表明:定增压燃用含氧柴油和含氧混合柴油能提升功率和有效热效率,但两种燃料随转速呈一定变化.低速、小负荷时燃用含氧柴油较含氧混合柴油功率和有效热效率略高.随转速增加,含氧柴油功率高于含氧混合柴油.在高原外特性增压规律下,转速为1 100 r/min时燃用含氧燃料,最大功率提升6.50%,对应有效热效率提升14.00%,转速为2 500 r/min时最大功率提升1.68%.含氧柴油在转速为2 500 r/min、过量空气系数1.6时功率提升11.20%,对应有效热效率提升1.97%.各工况下燃用含氧柴油的NOx和颗粒物(PM)排放均显著降低,最大降幅为28%和87%.

     

    Abstract: The effects of a new oxygenated diesel(independent oxygenated compound) and an oxygenated diesel blend(coal-based/oxygenated volume ratio is 1∶1) on combustion and emission characteristics were studied in a single-cylinder diesel engine in order to optimize its working characteristics in plateau environment. The results show that under constant boosting conditions,the power output and effective thermal efficiency of both oxygenated diesel and oxygenated diesel blend are improved,but the improvement degree of the two fuels show different with engine speed. The power and effective thermal efficiency of the oxygenated diesel fuel is slightly higher than that of the oxygenated blended diesel fuel at low speed and low load. With the increase of engine speed,the power output of the oxygenated diesel is higher than that of oxygenated diesel blend. However,under boosting conditions of plateau environment,the maximum power is increased by 6.50% and the corresponding effective thermal efficiency is increased by 14.00% for the oxygenated fuel at speed of 1 100 r/min,and the maximum power is increased by 1.68% at speed of 2 500 r/min. When the excess air coefficient is reduced to 1.6 at speed of 2 500 r/min,the power is increased by 11.20% and the corresponding effective thermal efficiency is increased by 1.97%. The NOx and particulate matter(PM) emissions from the oxygenated diesel are significantly reduced at all test conditions,with maximum decreases of 28% and 87%,respectively.
