输电线路耐张线夹X射线数字成像与相控阵超声检测对比分析

Comparative Analysis on X-Ray Digital Imaging and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of Strain Clamps of Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 以高压架空输电线路耐张线夹为研究对象,利用Ansys有限元软件对其进行受力分析,得出在役输电线路耐张线夹的应力分布状态。结合耐张线夹工程实际压接情况,制作包含铝管定位槽漏压、钢芯插入不到位、铝绞线断股等多种典型缺陷的耐张线夹试样,对其分别进行X射线数字成像及耐张线夹压接质量相控阵超声检测。根据检测结果,对比分析两种检测方法的不同特点,认为相控阵超声相比耐张线夹压接质量检测具有精确、高效、无辐射危害等特点,可为精确开展输电线路耐张线夹压接质量的在役检测和评价提供一种更为有效的方法。

     

    Abstract: The strain clamp of high-voltage overhead transmission line is taken as the research object, and the stress analysis is carried out by using Ansys finite element software. The stress distribution state of strain clamp of in-service transmission line is obtained. Combined with the actual crimping situation of the strain clamp project, the strain clamp samples containing a variety of typical defects such as pressure leakage of aluminum tube positioning slot, insufficient insertion of steel core, aluminum strand breakage and so on are produced, and the strain clamp crimping quality is tested by phased array ultrasonic testing and X-ray digital imaging. According to the test results, different characteristics of the two test methods are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that phased array ultrasound has the characteristics of accuracy, efficiency and no radiation hazards for the crimping quality test of strain clamps. This technology provides a scientific basis for the in-service inspection and evaluation of the crimping quality of the strain clamps of transmission lines.
