Analysis of High Stator Bar Temperature in 1000 MW Generator and Its Treatment

  • 摘要: 某电厂1号发电机定子线棒出水温度和线棒层间温度异常,停机对定子水路进行了检查,由于水质问题导致线棒堵塞,采取反冲洗及酸洗处理措施后线棒温度高的问题得到了解决。建议通过改善发电机定冷水系统的水质、加强发电机的保养和检查等措施,可减少因结垢堵塞造成的线棒温度高的问题。

     

    Abstract: The temperature of the stator rod outlet and the rod layer were abnormal, in No.1 generator in a power plant. As closing down the unit, make inspection to find out the inappropriate water quality caused the winding rod clogging. Carry out the backwashing and acid washing to recover the high temperature of the winding rod. Put forward to improve the water quality of the constant cooling water system of the generator, strengthen the maintenance and inspection of the generator to greatly reduce the high temperature of the wire rod caused by the scaling blockage.
