电缆支架变形率影响因素及其防治措施分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Cable Support Deformation Rate and Its Preventive Measures

  • 摘要: 结合多项已投产电缆隧道工程的电缆支架实测变形数据,分析影响电缆支架变形的因素主要有支架截面型式、电缆电动力和支架端部的连接方式,并提出改变支架截面型式、减小电动力对支架产生的振动影响、改善支架端部连接方式等防治措施来降低电缆支架变形率的建议。

     

    Abstract: The main factors affecting the deformation of cable support such as the cable electric power, the form of the support section and the connection mode of the support ends are analyzed based on the deformation data of cable support for a number of cable tunnel projects that have been put into production contracted by Inner Mongolia Electric Power Survey & Design Institute Co., Ltd. in the paper. Put forward the prevention measures as changing the type of support section, reducing the influence of electric force and improving the mode of the end connection to reduce the deformation rate of cable support.
