火电厂脱硫浆液专用pH值测量装置的研制及应用

Development and Application of Special pH Meter for Desulfurization Slurry in Thermal Power Plant

  • 摘要: 针对目前火电厂在用脱硫浆液专用pH计测量误差大的问题,分析认为石灰粉纯度、石灰浆液流速和CaSO3、CaSO4在电极表面沉积是影响脱硫浆液pH值测量准确性的主要因素,研制了由进样控制系统、试样分离系统、试样检测系统、排渣系统、冲洗系统构成的脱硫浆液专用pH值测量装置,并在内蒙古能源发电金山热电有限公司投入使用。实际使用情况表明,该装置可以准确测量出脱硫浆液pH值,是提高脱硫效率的有效手段。

     

    Abstract: In view of the large measurement error of the special pH meter for desulfurization slurry used in thermal power plants, it is analyzed that the purity of lime powder, the flow rate of lime slurry and the deposition of CaSO3 and CaSO4 on the electrode surface are the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy of pH value of desulfurization slurry. A special pH value measuring device for desulfurization slurry, which is composed of sample control system, sample separation system, sample testing system, slag discharge system and flushing system, has been developed and put into use in Jinshan Power Plant of Inner Mongolia. The practical application shows that the device can accurately measure the pH value of desulfurization slurry, and it is an effective means to improve the desulfurization efficiency.
