基于贝叶斯公式的变压器绕组辐向变形群组评估

Group Evaluation Method of Transformer Winding Radial Deformation Based on Bayesian Formula

  • 摘要: 基于对内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司近15年电力变压器绕组辐向变形情况、主绝缘电容量试验数据、低电压短路阻抗试验数据的统计分析,利用贝叶斯公式进行变压器绕组辐向变形群组评估。以变压器绕组低电压短路阻抗及主绝缘电容量是否异常为故障属性变量,进行绕组辐向变形故障概率计算,判断准确率较单一根据阻抗电压异常或电容量异常情况判断明显提升。采用此方法对内蒙古电网1200多台变压器进行了群组评估,绕组辐向变形判断准确率达到100%。

     

    Abstract: Based on the statistical analysis of transformer winding radial deformation, main insulation capacitance test data, and low-voltage short-circuit impedance test data of Inner Mongolia Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd. in the past 15 years, the Bayesian formula is used to evaluate the radial deformation group of transformer winding. Taking the low-voltage short-circuit impedance of the transformer winding and whether the main insulation capacitance is abnormal as the fault attribute variables, the probability of the winding radial deformation failure is calculated, and the accuracy of the judgment is significantly improved compared with the judgment based on the abnormal impedance voltage or the abnormal capacitance. Based on this method, a group assessment of more than 1200 transformers in Inner Mongolia Power Grid is carried out, and the judgment accuracy of the winding radial deformation reaches 100%.
