高压隔离开关热缺陷仿真试验分析及处理措施

Simulation Test Analysis and Treatment Measures for Thermal Defects of High Voltage Isolator

  • 摘要: 针对薛家湾地区高压隔离开关热缺陷返修率高的问题,总结热缺陷返修部位,分析返修主要原因为镀层氧化导致接触电阻增大以及接触面烧蚀。建立基于热力学理论的高压隔离开关温度数学仿真模型,分析接触电阻及烧蚀面积与温升的相关性。通过现场试验分析影响接触电阻及烧蚀面积的因素,即镀层清洗、蚀点焊接和镀层修复与温升之间的关系,并据此进行现有检修工艺改进,采用激光清洗技术清洗氧化层,采用冷焊技术焊接烧蚀点,采用无氰电刷镀银法修复镀层。经过3年的连续跟踪统计,热缺陷返修率由改进前41.19%降至7.75%。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high repair rate of thermal defects of high voltage isolation switch in Xuejiawan area, this paper summarizes the repair parts of thermal defects, and analyzes the main causes for the repair are the increase of the contact resistance caused by coating oxidation and the ablation of contact surface. A mathematical simulation model of high voltage isolation switch temperature based on thermodynamic theory is established to analyze the correlation among the contact resistance, the ablation area and the temperature rise. Through the field test analysis for the influence factors of contact resistance and ablation area, that is the plating cleaning, corrosion spot welding and plating to repair the relationship between temperatures, and on the basis of the existing maintenance process improvement, with laser cleaning technology of the oxide layer, the cold welding technology welding point ablation, cyanide-free brush silver plating process to repair coating. After continuous tracking statistics of 3 years, the repair rate of the thermal defects decreased from 41.19% to 7.75%.
