火力发电厂锅炉补给水处理系统工艺组合及设备参数确定方法

Process Combination and Equipment Parameters Confirmation Method for Boiler Make-up Water Treatment System in Thermal Power Plant

  • 摘要: 针对火力发电厂锅炉补给水处理系统工艺组合及设备参数的传统确定方法存在的计算量大、效率低等问题,提出建立设备及其属性数据库,根据水源来水水质及机组对水质指标的要求确定满足锅炉补给水处理系统稳定运行的工艺组合及设备参数。将其应用于某火力发电厂化学制水增容工程中,验证了该方法在先进性、经济性和灵活性等方面比传统方法更具有优势。

     

    Abstract: The traditional method was used to determine the boiler make-up water treatment system of thermal power plant with large calculation and low efficiency. This paper proposed the establishment of equipment and its attribute database. And according to the water quality of the water source and the requirements of the unit for water quality indicators, the stable boiler make-up water treatment system equipment parameters were determined. This paper introduced the principle of system construction and the implementation process. In addition, through the design of a chemical water capacity increasing project in a thermal power plant, it was verified that the boiler make-up water treatment system determined by the database construction method had advantages over the traditional methods in terms of advancement, economy and flexibility.
