2种有限元软件计算圆形煤场挡煤墙的对比分析

Comparison and Analysis of Two Kinds of Finite Element Software for Calculating Coal Retaining Wall in Circular Coal Yard

  • 摘要: 采用MIDAS-Gen、ANSYS 2种有限元软件分别对某圆形煤场进行结构计算,共选用全场堆煤荷载、半场堆煤荷载及整体升温荷载、温度梯度荷载4种荷载工况。对计算结果进行分析,得出以下结论:2种软件模拟结果基本一致;温度作用对挡煤墙影响显著;梁板单元模拟有所欠缺,可能是因为其刚度小;顶部环梁可形成环箍作用;半场堆煤工况下,在堆煤和不堆煤分界处挡煤墙变形严重。以上结论可为类似工程设计提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Two kinds of finite element software MIDAS-Gen and ANSYS are used to calculate the structure of a circular coal yard. Full-field coal-piling load, half-field coal-piling load, whole heating load and temperature gradient load are selected. Through the analysis of the calculation results, the following conclusions are drawn:the results of the two software simulation are basically the same; the effect of temperature on the retaining wall is remarkable; the beam and slab element simulation is deficient, possibly because of its smaller stiffness; the top ring beam can form the hoop effect; under the condition of half-field coal-piling, the retaining wall at the boundary between coal-piling and non-coal-piling is severely deformed. The above conclusions can provide a basis for engineering design.
