Analysis of Factors Affecting Reliability of Offshore Wind Power and Improvement Methods

  • 摘要: 介绍了海上风力发电可靠性研究现状,分别从海洋环境、海上风电机组、海上升压站、电气系统及运维策略等方面分析对海上风力发电可靠性的影响,同时提出可以采取提高状态监测设备及系统的可靠性、故障诊断与管理技术的先进性、运维方面的优化设计水平等措施,提升海上风力发电的可靠性,最后结合实际情况展望值得进一步研究的技术问题。

     

    Abstract: The reliability research status of offshore wind power generation is introduced. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the reliability of offshore wind power generation in detail from the aspects of marine environment, offshore wind turbines, offshore booster stations, electrical systems and operation and maintenance strategies. It is concluded that different operating environments, control strategies and operation and maintenance strategies have different effects on the reliability of offshore wind power. At the same time, this paper proposes methods for improving the reliability of offshore wind power generation in terms of condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and operation and maintenance management, which can effectively improve the reliability of offshore wind power. The technical problems worthy of further study are prospected according to the actual situation.
