高压加热器出口给水温度低原因分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment of Low Feed Water Temperature at Outlet of High Pressure Heater

  • 摘要: 针对某电厂1号机组1号、2号高压加热器出口给水温度低的问题,通过检查分析,确定原因是高压加热器水室隔板处有螺栓、螺帽脱落,大部分隔板的密封垫缺失,从而造成高压加热器水室短路,出口给水温度降低。在取消高压加热器隔板垫片、更换螺栓后,出口给水温度升高6.38℃,从而使机组发电煤耗约降低0.72 g/kWh,节能效果明显。

     

    Abstract: In view of low water temperature in power plant No.1 and No.2 high pressure heater outlet through the analysis of the inspection, confirm the reason was that high pressure heater water chamber clapboard in bolt and nut off, most of the diaphragm seal were missing, resulting in high pressure water chamber heater circuit, export water temperature decrease. After getting rid of the high-pressure heater clapboard gasket, replacing the bolt, the export water temperature rised with 6.38℃, thus reduce the unit power generation coal consumption about 0.72 g/kWh, and the energy saving effect was obvious.
