抽水蓄能机组SFC协调控制策略与保护整定算法

Research on Coordination Control Strategy and Protection Setting Calculation of Unit SFC on Pumped-Storage

  • 摘要: 以内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站1套静止变频器(Static Frequency Converter,SFC)在抽水工况时强迫换流失败为例进行分析,通过对转子初始位置检测的磁链方程进行研究,提出抽水蓄能机组监控系统、SFC和励磁系统相互协调配合的方法,利用该方法可提高机组从静止到抽水调相工况的成功率。同时提出一种SFC机桥网桥差动保护的方法,该方法可有效降低SFC保护的误动率。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons on the failure of forced convertor of SFC in the pumping storage condition in Inner Mongolia Hohhot Pumped-Storage Power Station. By studying on the flux linkage equation of the rotor initial position detection, the pumped-storage unit monitoring system, SFC and the excitation system are coordinated to improve the success rate of the unit from the static condition to the pumped phase modulation. A kind of differential protection for SFC that can effectively reduce the misoperation rate of the relaying is proposed.
