抽水蓄能电站发电电动机磁极线圈固定结构优化

Optimization of Fixed Structure for Magnetic Pole Coil of Electric Motor in Pumped-Storage Power Station

  • 摘要: 内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站300 MW机组的发电电动机磁极线圈采用沉头螺钉固定钢压板、钢压板再压住线圈的径向固定方式。在机组检修过程中发现机组固定磁极线圈的绝缘块压板均有不同程度松动。将磁极线圈上下端部绝缘块T形块固定方式由径向改为轴向后,消除了T形块沉头螺丝受力断裂隐患。

     

    Abstract: Magnetic pole coil of the motor-generator for 300 MW unit in Inner Mongolia Hohhot Pumped-Storage Power Station uses the radial fixation mode with the steel platen fixed by the countersunk screw and coil pressed by the steel platen. The insulation pressure plate of the fixed magnetic pole coil is loose during the maintenance of the unit. The fixed mode of the insulation blocks (T shaped blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the magnetic pole coil is changed from the radial mode to the axial one to eliminate the hidden trouble of the countersunk screw.
