抽汽凝汽式汽轮机异常振动原因分析及处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment of Abnormal Vibration of Extraction and Condensing Steam Turbine

  • 摘要: 某抽汽凝汽式汽轮机组低压缸转子更换为纯凝转子投入运行后,3号、5号轴承瓦振及轴承振动值较大并存在波动迹象,分析原因为轴承箱附属部件振动大引起轴承箱共振、轴承箱基础动刚度不足等,采用增强轴承座动刚度、调整轴系参数等方式处理后振动值下降至合格范围,避免了非计划停运,保证了机组安全可靠运行。

     

    Abstract: As the steam turbine generator set in a circulating fluidized bed for low pressure cylinder rotor is replaced by pure coagulation rotor operation, the vibration values of the No.3 and No.5 pillow shaft vibration and the bearing are larger and the signs of fluctuations exist. It is analyzed that the vibration value of the bearing box is reduced to the qualifying range by means of increasing the dynamic stiffness of the bearing seat and adjusting the parameters of the shaft system. The treatment improves the unit's safe and reliable operation ability and prevents the unplanned shutdown, and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the unit.
