适用于蒙西电网的大规模储能技术分析

Analysis of Large-Scale Energy Storage Technology Suitable for West Inner Mongolia Power Grid

  • 摘要: 随着蒙西电网风电、光伏装机容量不断增加,风电、光伏渗透率不断提高。由于新能源发电的随机波动性和间歇性,使得电网调峰、调频问题尤为严峻。按照国家相关政策,我国将逐步推广100 MW级全钒液流电池储能系统、10 MW级钠硫电池储能系统和100 MW级锂离子电池储能系统等储能技术。对锂电池、全钒液流电池及铅炭电池3种储能技术进行仿真计算,验证了铅炭电池的调峰性能及经济性最优。并以磷酸铁锂电池储能技术为例,分析了储能技术应用于电网调频的作用。分析结果表明,大规模储能技术在蒙西电网调频、调峰以及黑启动等方面有较大的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power in west Inner Mongolia power grid, the permeability of wind power and photovoltaic power increase continuously. Due to the stochastic fluctuation and intermittent nature of renewable energy sources, the peak shaving and frequency modulation of power grid are particularly severe. According to the actual problems faced by the west Inner Mongolia power grid, this paper introduces the energy storage technology which can reach the scale of 100 MW or more. On this basis, combined with the current national energy storage policy, large-scale energy storage is applied to solve specific problems such as frequency modulation and peak shaving. Combined with the operation situation of the west Inner Mongolia power grid, the large-scale energy storage are prospected in frequency modulation and peak shaving and black-start.
