风电机组偏航制动系统刹车片检测装置的设计与应用

Design and Application of Brake Pad Detection Device for Yaw Brake System of Wind Turbine

  • 摘要: 风力发电机组长期运行后,偏航制动系统刹车片过度磨损会造成风电机组偏航制动系统漏油、制动器螺栓断裂,甚至刹车盘损坏。基于此,设计了偏航制动系统刹车片检测装置。该装置由信号电源、微动行程开关、行程开关底座以及风电机组可编码逻辑控制器控制系统的数字量输入点组成。装置应用于内蒙古恒润新能源有限责任公司恒润风电场,大大提高了偏航系统的可靠性,降低了企业运营成本,保障了机组安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: Due to the long-term operation of wind turbines, excessive wear of brake pads of yaw brake system results in oil leakage of yaw brake system of wind turbines, breakage of brake bolts, and even damage of brake pads. Based on this, the brake pad detection device of yaw brake system is designed. The device consists of a signal power supply, a micro stroke switch, a stroke switch base and a digital input point of a codeable logic controller control system for wind turbines. The device is applied in Hengrun wind farm of Inner Mongolia Hengrun New Energy Co., Ltd., which greatly improves the reliability of yaw system, reduces the operating cost of enterprises and ensures the safe and stable operation of units.
