内蒙古电网-华北电网柔性直流背靠背联网初探

Preliminary Study on Back-to-Back VSC-HVDC Project for Inner Mongolia and North China Connection

  • 摘要: 内蒙古电网与华北电网之间采用柔性直流背靠背换流站和交流联络线联网的设计方案,在PSCAD中对柔直矢量控制、内外环控制等控制策略进行详细建模,仿真分析了背靠背换流站的适应性和直流背靠背联网后的系统特性,结果表明,在一定的运行方式下外送交流线路的串补可能引起柔性直流系统与受端交流系统之间的次同步振荡,频率约为48 Hz。

     

    Abstract: By investigating the design scheme of flexible DC back-to-back converter station and AC tie-line interconnection between Inner Mongolia Power Grid and North China Power Grid, the PSCAD converter station and AC tie-line were modeled, and the adaptability of back-to-back converter station and the system characteristics of DC back-to-back interconnection were analyzed through simulation. The results showed that series compensation of outgoing AC lines might cause sub-synchronous oscillation between flexible DC system and receiving AC system, and the frequency was about 48 Hz.
