内蒙古地区城市中水回用至电厂补给水可行性分析

Reuse Feasibility of Urban Wastewater as Feed Water of Power Plant in Inner Mongolia

  • 摘要: 针对城市中水水质和火力发电厂补给水水质存在一定的差距,分析了城市中水回用过程中存在的结垢和腐蚀问题,对目前火力发电厂主要采用的石灰法和膜法城市中水深度处理工艺及应用情况进行了介绍,并对其经济性进行了分析,结果表明,石灰法的运用性更强,全膜法处理的城市中水水质好,但运行维护工作量大,适用性较差。

     

    Abstract: In view of the quality differences between urban water and recharging water used as feed water of thermal power plants, the scaling and corrosion problems in the reuse process of urban water were analyzed. The depth treatments of lime method and membrane method for urban water and their application situationts in current coal-fired power plant are introduced, and their economical efficiency are analyzed. The results show that the applicability of the lime method is stronger; water quality obtained through the membrane treatment is good, but the operation maintenance workload is hard, the applicability of this method is relatively low.
