光伏电站防孤岛保护运行方式对变电站自动装置的影响及解决方案

Influence to Automatic Device in Substation Under Anti-Island Protection Operation Mode of Photovoltaic and Its Solution Measures

  • 摘要: 针对多点新能源并网造成系统防孤岛保护装置误检测进而导致保护拒动问题,以呼和浩特电网光伏小电源接入单侧电源的110 kV终端变电站——HS变电站为例,通过分析防孤岛保护与自动保护装置动作配合逻辑,提出增加保护测量电气量,在现有系统基础上对保护动作配合进行优化等解决方案,确保变电站安全自动装置可靠动作,防止孤岛运行现象发生,提升系统供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Multiple new energy connected to the grid, causing the anti-island protection device false detection, which leads to the problem of protection failure. This paper takes HS substationg in Hohhot as an example, in which the small photovoltaic power supply is connected to one side power supply. By analyzing the operation logic of anti-island protection and automatic protection device, adding measured electrical data of protection, proposing the solution of the protection action coordination optimization scheme based on the existing system, to ensure the automatic device reliable operation, prevent the island operation, and further improve the system power supply reliability.
