UPS故障引起660 MW机组跳闸原因分析及解决措施

Cause Analysis of 660 MW Unit Trip Caused by UPS Fault and Its Treatment

  • 摘要: 某660 MW机组在UPS(Uninterruptable Power Supply,不间断电源)供电系统投运时,热控电源从UPS供电回路切换至保安段供电回路,切换过程产生冲击电流,使3台给水泵液压耦合器勺管控制电源开关跳闸,3台给水泵勺管同时关闭,给水流量低低保护动作,机组跳闸。通过对UPS、热控电源、给水泵勺管控制回路等进行检查分析,确定原因为UPS电源切旁路运行的时间长,使热控UPS主回路控制电源失电,且UPS和保安段两路电源相位差大,切换过程产生冲击电流。通过完善UPS运行和检修切换方式、变更热控电源相位和更换给水泵空气开关、增加电源阻尼等优化措施,解决了电源切换产生冲击电流的问题。

     

    Abstract: When UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) system is put into operation in a 660 MW unit, switching of thermal power supply from UPS power supply circuit to security section power supply circuit, tripping of power switch controlled by spoon tube of three feed pump hydraulic couplers, low-low protection of feedwater flow action, makes the unit trip. Through the inspection and analysis of UPS, thermal control power supply, spoon control circuit of feed water pump, etc., the reason is that the long switching time of UPS power supply bypass operation, power loss of UPS control power supply in thermal control main circuit, the phase difference between thermal UPS power supply and security section power supply is large, over-impulse current generated in switching process. Some measures are put forward and perfected, such as improving the switching mode of UPS operation and maintenance, changing the phase of thermal control power supply, air switch of feed pump, increasing power supply damping, etc. The impulse current event caused by power switching has been resolved.
