Analysis of Steam Regression Algorithms for Energy Saving of Cogeneration Units

  • 摘要: 针对热电联产机组节能量计算采用传统的统计方法存在偏差大等问题,提出一种蒸汽回归计算法:在保持汽轮机进汽流量、压力、温度等参数不变的情况下,将机组回归至纯凝运行方式,获得机组回归后的电功率、发电热耗率,据此计算热电联产机组节能量。经计算分析,该算法充分考虑机组缸效率及蒸汽参数对机组整体发电热耗率的影响,使计算所得节能量更接近实际。

     

    Abstract: In view of the deviation of traditional statistical methods in energy saving calculation of cogeneration units, a steam regression calculation method was proposed. The unit was regressed to the pure condensation operation mode to obtain the power and heat consumption of power generation while keeping the intake steam flow, pressure and temperature of the turbine unchanged, and based on this, the energy saving of cogeneration units was calculated. Through calculation and analysis, the algorithm took full account of the influence of cylingder efficiency and steam parameters on the overall power generation heat consumption rate of the unit, so that the calculated energy-saving amount was closer to reality.
