25Cr2MoV高温紧固螺栓断裂原因分析

Fracture Analysis of High Temperature Bolt Used for 25Cr2MoV Steel

  • 摘要: 某电厂汽轮机高压外缸1根紧固连接螺栓发生断裂,采用宏观检测、化学成分分析、显微组织分析、力学性能测试、断口形貌及能谱分析等方法对螺栓断裂原因进行了分析。结果为:该螺栓因加工工艺不当,造成局部区域晶粒粗大,冲击韧性严重不足,最终在承载最大的部位发生了脆性开裂。并提出加强对汽轮机各部位高温紧固螺栓的金属技术监督,严格规范高温紧固螺栓的采购、入库和使用的把关检验等建议。

     

    Abstract: The fractured high temperature bolt used for high-pressure outside cylinder in some power plant was investigated by means of macro-morphology inspection, chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis, mechanic performance testing, fracture morphology analysis and energy-dispersive X-ray analysis. The investigation showed that due to improper manufacturing process, the grain was coarse in local region of the bolt and its impact ductility was insufficient, thus under act of impact load the bolt occurred brittle fracture in region of stress concentration. Put forward the preventive suggestions as strengthening the technical supervision and regulating strictly, to prevent the similar fracture.
