双布风板式循环流化床锅炉冷态数值模拟分析

Cold Condition Numerical Simulation Analysis of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler with Double Air Distributor

  • 摘要: 以双布风板循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,应用数值计算软件对锅炉冷态工况进行数值模拟,分析一次风速对炉内混合物压力的影响、内侧下层二次风速对炉内气相流场的影响、两侧一次风速偏差对翻床的影响,分析结果可为该类型流化床锅炉运行操作提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes the double air distributor of circulating fluidized bed boiler as the research object, numerical simulation software is applied to study the cold working condition of boiler, the influence of primary air velocity on furnace pressure, the influence of secondary air speed in the inner lower layer on the gas flow field in the furnace, and the influence of the primary air velocity deviation at both sides on the turn over bed were analyzed.The analysis results can provide reference for this type of circulating fluidized bed boiler operation.
