Water Level Operation Optimization of High-Pressure Heater in 600 MW Unit

  • 摘要: 华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司600 MW汽轮机高压加热器系统存在水位调节品质差、经济性差等问题,采取水位提升试验、水位测量管路改造、保护控制逻辑优化等措施对高压加热器系统进行优化。优化后,高压加热器能够在基准水位下运行,且各保护开关动作正常,水位调节品质达到了要求,提高了高压加热器运行的稳定性、经济性。

     

    Abstract: In Inner Mongolia Huadian Energy Co., Ltd.Baotou Generation Branch, some issues existed in 600 MW steam turbine power system, such as low quality of water level adjustment, poor economical efficiency, and so on.By water level improving test, reconstruction water level measurement tubes and protecting the way of controlling logic optimization so as to make high pressure system better.After optimization, HPS can run in the base level, and all protect switches operate normally, water level adjustment quality meets the requrements, and the stability and economy of HPS is improved.
