变电一次设备验收标准分析

Analysis of Acceptance Criteria for Substation Equipment

  • 摘要: 结合工程实践经验,针对变电一次设备验收过程中有争议的典型问题,即变压器运输用三维记录仪、断路器辅助触点与主触头的动作时间差、主设备双接地、GIS设备最大气室气体量及SF6气体抽检5个问题,综合分析了相关14个制度、标准、文献内容,得出了明确的验收标准,为设备验收提供了指导方向,为制度标准的修订和完善提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Combined with engineering practice experience, focus on the typicle issues in the process of the primary equipments acceptance, including the transformer transportation with 3 D data recorder, the action of circuit breaker auxiliary contacts with the main contact time, the main equipment double ground, the GIS equipment the most quantity and SF6 gas chamber gases in the atmosphere sampling acceptance, analyses fourteen systems, standards and literature contents, which provides the basis for revising and improving the system of standards, and provides the direction for equipment acceptance, and the basis for the revision and improvement of the standard of the system.
