并网小电源低压解列防误方案分析

Universal Anti-error Solution to Undervoltage Separation for Micro Power Grid-connected

  • 摘要: 接有小电源的主系统在主供电源消失时,常通过低压解列保护迅速断开小电源,以保证终端变电站可靠运行。由于低压解列保护灵敏度高,在电压互感器断线时需可靠闭锁,而常用的防误判据不完全适用于小电源并网。针对该问题,对电压互感器二次断线各种情况和系统单相接地故障进行了详细分析,总结比较了电压变化情况,并基于此提出了一种通用的并网小电源低压解列防误方案。经工程验证,该方案可靠、易于实现,适用于终端变电站各种主接线和运行方式。

     

    Abstract: When the main power of systems with micro power grid-connected disappear, undervoltage separation protection is often used to rapid trip off micro power, in order to guarantee the reliable operation of terminal substations.Undervoltage separation protection due to high sensitivity, should be reliable locked when TV wire-break, while according to the analysis usual anti-error solutions not entirely suitable for micro power grid-connected situations.In order to solve this problem, the TV secondary break situation and single phase grounding fault are analyzed in detail, based on the compare of voltage changes, an universal anti-error solution to undervoltage separation for micro power grid-connected is proposed.After verified by projects, the solution is reliable, easy to realize, suitable for various main connections and operation modes of terminal substations.
