风电场测风装置的国产化改造

Localization Reconstruction of Wind Measurement Device in Wind Farm

  • 摘要: 内蒙古某风电场原采用进口机械旋转式测风装置,该测风装置存在轴承易损坏、寿命短、维护成本高及精度下降等问题,利用国产超声波式测风装置对原机械式测风装置进行了改造。改造后的运行效果表明,国产超声波式测风装置具有运行稳定可靠,测量精度高,范围广,适应能力强,使用寿命长以及免维护等优点,能够很好地替代机械式测风设备。

     

    Abstract: The imported mechanical rotating wind measurement device was adopted originally in a wind farm of Inner Mongolia.The shortage of the device existed, such as the easily damaged bearing, the short service life, the high maintenance cost, and the lower precision.Thus make reconstruction of the original mechanical measuring device with a homemade ultrasonic measuring device.The results showed that the domestic ultrasonic measuring device operated steadily and reliably, with high measuring precision, wide range, strong adaptability, long service life, and maintenance free, and it could well replace the mechanical wind equipment.
