Insulation Fault Analysis and Treatment of 1000 MW Generator

  • 摘要: 针对某电厂1000 MW发电机进行耐压试验时的异常放电故障,经过详细检查及处理,分析故障原因为发电机出线套管通风道进油,定子出线套管高温导致绝缘受损,造成发电机绝缘击穿。对此进行了加装防油装置改造,发电机运行至今,未再出现类似故障。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the 1000 MW generator of a power plant is subjected to the pressure test.The insulation is damaged due to the oil entering the vent pipe of the generator outlet pipe and the high temperature of the stator outlet pipe, resulting in insulation breakdown of the generator.The author puts forward and implements the installation of anti oil device to avoid the oil inlet, plug and plug air channel solution.This method has certain reference value for similar faults of the same type generator, and is of great help to reduce the workload.
