Retrofit Scheme Analysis of Steam Turbine Heating Capacity in 150 MW Unit

  • 摘要: 结合目前内蒙古华宁热电有限公司供电、供热情况,选择低压缸高背压和低压缸光轴2种供热增容方案作为备选,介绍了方案实施中会存在的机组背压偏低、热网回水温度偏高、高背压工况下排汽温度过高、飞升转速计算等问题及相应解决措施,并对2种方案的负荷适应性、外网适应性及经济性进行对比分析,结果为低压缸光轴供热方案可以在确保发电量的基础上,满足较寒冷地区热网供热回水温度高的供热需求,更适合内蒙古华宁热电有限公司供热增容改造需求。

     

    Abstract: Combining the power and heat supply in Inner Mongolia Huaning Thermal Power Co., Ltd., choose low pressure cylinder with high back pressure and low pressure cylinder axis as alternative objects, introduce the issues of the low back pressure, the high backwater temperaturethe heat supply network, the over-high dischange temperature under high back pressure working condition, the calculation of the runaway speed during the scheme implementation, as well as the relevant meassures.And the analysis and comparasion of the load adaptability and flexibility, the network economy of the two schemes resulted in that low pressure cylinder axis heating scheme could satisfy the high heating water temperature in cold areas on the basis of generating capacity, which was more suitable for reconstruction demand in Inner Mongolia Huaning Thermal Power Co., Ltd.
