循环流化床锅炉石灰石给料系统堵管原因分析及处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment of Limestone Feed System Blockage of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

  • 摘要: 某电厂DG520/13.7-Ⅱ1型循环流化床锅炉石灰石给料系统在运行中频繁出现输送管道堵塞现象,二氧化硫排放波动较大,达不到环保要求。针对堵管原因,采取提高石灰石输送气源压力、定期疏水、严格控制石灰石粒度和湿度、改用柱式物料分配器、增加石灰石输送主管道长度、缩短支管长度,提高运行人员操作水平等措施后,基本消除了石灰石给料系统输送管道堵塞问题,提高了系统运行的可靠性,排放的二氧化硫质量浓度达到了环保要求。处理措施可供同类循环流化床锅炉解决类似问题时借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The limestone system of DG520/13.7-Ⅱ1 CFB boiler in some power plant has the problem of frequent piping block in operation, which leads to the limestone supply interruption and the variation of sulfur dioxide, or even excessive discharge, which can not satisfy the demands of environmental protection.After the inspection and analysis of blocked pipes, effective measures have been adopted.Such as increasing the pressure of limestone's compressed air, periodic drainage, strict control of the limestone's particle size and humidity, introduction of column limestone distributor, increasing the length of main limestone pipes, shortening the length of branches and improving the operational skills.Finally, the problem of piping block has almost been solved and the operating reliability of limestone system has been enhanced.Meanwhile, the sulfur dioxide emission comes up to the standard.The solution has provided useful reference to the same problem of CFB boiler.
