Analysis and Processing of Internal Overheat Fault of 500 kV Transformer

  • 摘要: 对某发电厂1台500 kV变压器进行油色谱试验时发现总烃和乙炔体积分数异常。通过停电、排油、滤油、拆附件、吊罩检查,发现过热放电痕迹,确定故障原因为漏磁场引起的漏电流在变压器油箱上、下沿的限位挡铁处放电。通过打磨超高的限位挡铁,增加油箱磁屏蔽和上下箱沿加装铝、铜排等方式,消除了变压器异常故障。

     

    Abstract: The total hydrocarbon and acetylene content in the oil chromatographic test of a 500 kV power plant transformer was abnormal.Through the power cut, oil extraction, oil filter, demolition annex and hanger inspection, maintainer found the overheating discharge traced at the scene, and determind the cause of the malfunction.The transformer anomaly can be eliminated by sanding the ultra-high block iron, increasing the magnetic shield of the fuel tank, and the top and bottom boxes, along the aluminum and copper lines.
