Transformation of Ultra-Low Flue Gas Emission of 660 MW Desulphurization Facilities

  • 摘要: 为了满足烟气超低排放的要求,采用单塔双循环工艺对某电厂660 MW机组脱硫装置进行改造,主要包括烟气系统、吸收塔系统、氧化空气系统、石灰石浆液供应系统、石膏脱水系统改造。改造后的性能考核试验表明,脱硫装置入口SO2质量浓度≤5000 mg/m3、出口SO2质量浓度≤35 mg/m3,脱硫效率高于99%,均达到了超低排放要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of the flue gas ultra-low emission, adopt the double circulation process for the transformation of the desulfurization tower on 660 MW unit, including flue gas system, absorption tower system, air oxidation system, limestone slurry supply system, gypsum dewatering system.The performance evaluation test showed that the SO2 concentration of the flue gas was less than 35 mg/m3, and the desulfurization efficiency was higher than 99%, which reached the ultra-low emission requirements.
