基于二次加权平均运行容量的风电有功功率分配策略

Active Power Allocation Strategy Based on Twice Weighted Average Capacity

  • 摘要: 针对目前我国“三北”地区弃风严重,按照风电场的装机容量和运行容量限电无法满足“三公”调度的问题,结合风电场发电能力、涉网技术水平、风电场场内设备运行状况等因素,提出一种基于二次加权平均容量的风电场有功功率分配策略,消除了按装机容量分配有功出力的弊端,进一步提高了风电场的“三公”调度水平,促进了风电场的技术进步,对保障电网的安全稳定运行和促进地区风电消纳有积极意义。

     

    Abstract: The abandon wind power is serious in the three north areas in China.For the conventional allocation strategy cannot satisfy the impartial and open dispatchig, an active power allocation strategy based on twice weighted average capacity considering the factors of the generating capacity of wind farm, the grid related technological level, and the equipment operation status in the wind farms is proposed in this paper.This strategy eliminates the shortcomings of allocating the active power according to the installed capacity, promotes the technological transformation of wind farm, has positive influence on the security and stability of power system and promoting of wind power consumption.
