Research and Application of Same Frequency and Phase AC Voltage Withstand Test of 220 kV GIS Equipment

  • 摘要: 针对传统耐压试验需要母线停电、扩大停电范围、增加电网风险,不利于气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)变电站扩建和增容的问题,基于同频同相交流耐压试验的基本原理和技术难点,优化锁相环(Phase-Locked Loop,PLL)软件算法,提高锁频速度和锁相精度,改进同频同相交流耐压试验技术,通过精确控制电压的频率与相位,实现母线不全停状态下的耐压试验。同时,对该技术在GIS设备扩建项目中的成功应用进行了介绍。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the traditional voltage withstand test requires bus power outage, expands the range of power outage, increases the risk of power grid, and is not conducive to the expansion and capacity increase of gas insulated switchgear(GIS) substation, based on the basic principle and technical difficulties of the same frequency and same phase AC voltage withstand test, the phase - locked loop(PLL) software algorithm is optimized to improve the frequency locking speed and phase locking accuracy, and the same frequency and phase voltage withstand test technology is improved in this paper. By accurately controlling the frequency and phase of the voltage, the voltage withstand test under the condition of incomplete bus stop is realized. At the same time, the successful application of this technology in GIS equipment expansion project is introduced.
